Sales Coordinator for top Cosmetic Surgery Brand – Up to 26K! (One year contract)
An amazing opportunity has arisen within an international cosmetic surgery company based in the heart of London’s West End. We are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator who will primarily be the first port of call for all client orders. You will be responsible for taking and managing orders from clients, managing sales administration and sampling within the business, processing payments and invoicing, opening and closing customer accounts, maintaining customer records via CRM and other systems and co-ordinating the diary for the National Sales Manager. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years administration experience and excellent communication skills as you will be the voice of the company liaising constantly with clients and senior management. You will be highly numerical with invoicing experience and knowledge of sage would be advantageous. You will have previous diary management experience, and will be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
